Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms have the meanings set out below when used throughout these Terms & Conditions.All references are to the BitDeposit Affiliate Program unless otherwise stated.
"BitDeposit"The company operating the BitDeposit platform, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and successors.
"Affiliate"An individual or entity that has registered and been accepted into the BitDeposit Affiliate Program and holds an active affiliate account.
"Referred User"A person who registers on the BitDeposit platform through an Affiliate's unique referral link or promo code and who has not previously held an account on the platform
"Active User"A Referred User who has placed at least one bet within the last 7 calendar days. Active user status resets on a rolling 7-day basis.
"Commission"The monetary amount credited to an Affiliate’s wallet as a result of Referred User betting activity, calculated as specified in Section 4.
"Commission Rate"The percentage applied to calculate earned commission. Starts at 25% at Level 1 and increases as the Affiliate advances through the level system.
"Dashboard"The real-time online interface provided to Affiliates to monitor earnings, referred users, level progress, and withdrawal eligibility.
"Payout Cycle"The fixed weekly period after which accrued eligible commissions are disbursed to the Affiliate's registered withdrawal account.
"Program"The BitDeposit Affiliate Program as described in these Terms & Conditions, including all associated tools, materials, and systems.

Interpretation Rule
Singular terms include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
